I createad and lead the creative department with a team of four members, serving 10 distinct areas within the company. I am responsible for the creative execution of all projects, catering to both external client needs and internal demands. On average, I deliver over 60 projects monthly, with more than 250 assets, ensuring a continuous flow of achievements, positive outcomes, and ongoing innovation for our +100 restaurants, +2,300 coworkers and +650k clients that chooses us yearly.

I founded and ran the business for over 5 years. It was a multidisciplinary graphic design studio with up to 6 employees and an office located on one of the main streets of São Paulo. I led the development of over 2,500 projects, catering to the needs of over 80 diverse clients, including all of my former employers.
In addition to serving as the chief designer, I held responsibility for all aspects of maintaining and growing the business. This encompassed commercial relationships, client interactions, project and financial management. Being an entrepreneur taught me invaluable lessons. It was undoubtedly the most challenging yet rewarding work experience I have had.

I was part of the Marketing team and handled a wide range of tasks, including menu layouts, signs, displays, digital banners, events, and internal materials. My biggest achievement was the 2019 convention, for which I was responsible not only for the graphics but also for conceptualizing the event theme, name, and overall conduct.

One of the most significant work experiences of my life was being part of the operations and training team at McDonald’s Brazil and Latam. In this role, I undertook diverse projects tailored for the restaurant’s staff, attending the various demands of more than 10 people from the department. These projects included creating manuals, organizing events, presentations, designing ads, and handling a variety of other tasks.

My first job taught me a great deal. I managed multiple projects simultaneously, and created both digital and print projects. Worked with clients such as Netshoes, Walmart, Eucatex and Faber-Castell.
